I’ve worked in the field of education for the last 13 years, specializing in both early childhood Montessori for children ages 2.5 to 6, and in Qur’anic memorization and literacy. I memorized the Book of Allah at age 18 alhamdulillah. I’ve earned my ijazah from Jeddah in Al Qa’idah Al-Nooraniyyah curriculum, and a Qur’an teaching credential, as well as an ijazah in Tajweed in Qira’at Hafs from Egypt.
When I became a mother, I knew I wanted my children to experience a different type of education, which led me to the Montessori method. I quickly fell in love as I learned just how much this method aligned with prophetic wisdom and indigenous cultural knowledge on how to raise children holistically.
Since then, I’ve worked on developing my own learning materials and curriculum in both Arabic and English by foundation of my brand, Prime Learning Resources.
Prime Learning Resources was founded in 2020 as a means to bridge the gap in educational resources available to educators and parents across the globe who hope to instill a love of learning Arabic and Qur’an.
